My client is a leading main contractor with 3 offices in the UK.

With a regional turnover of circa £200M, they work in new build projects ranging from retail, industrial and commercial projects from £20M-£80M typically.

They currently require an Operations Director to run 2 live projects and another 1-2 in tender with a loyal and capable team of Project Directors running each project for you.

The role will see you working from the Midlands office covering the North, Manchester and down to Oxford.

The successful candidate will have a stable track record, demonstrating at least 5 years in their previous roles with each employer. Experience must be within the main contracting new build sector and this individual must be able to hold their own, be ambitious and think ahead of the game.
