Quantity Surveyor

Base Salary: £60k

Our client is a leading company who design, build and maintain assets in the global water and waste water industry operating globally with a reputation for innovation and sector expertise. They wish to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will provide pre and post contract expertise on projects across the EMEA territory.
• You will lead junior commercial staff on a portfolio of high value projects from inception to client handover.

The Requirement:

• Ideally degree in Quantity Surveying you will have a track record with the utilities sector on high value project preferably with international project and contract experience on water and desalination schemes.
• Technically and commercially astute you will have first class communication skills with the flexibility to occasionally travel internationally from a UK base.
