My client, a world renowned provider of international education is searching for an experienced senior commercial manager to lead their global admissions strategy. Main focus of this pivotal role will include development and implementation of global and regional school admission policies and procedures to create outstanding experiences for both students and parents.

This role will best suit a high calibre, senior manager with a commercial approach and background in sales and commercial leadership, combined with interest/experience in education.

Main responsibilities:
  • Leading the global admissions strategy across schools and regional offices
  • Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in overseeing the delivery of enrolment practices
  • Working alongside market research team to drive performance utilizing insights gained from the mystery shopping programmes
  • Working together with Directors of Admissions and Marketing on development new vision and strategies for the initial phase of the enrolment experience
  • Leading the development of admissions training across all schools and regions
  • Leading the development and implementation of key account management for priority global customers
  • Take on a business lead role, supporting the CRM Manager to drive the execution and optimisation of the CRM implementation plan

Person requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial roles, with strong background and proven success in sales, commercial leadership, business development, admissions, student enrolment, CRM etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in using Salesforce
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills combined with flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Able to build and manage cross functional high performing teams
  • Results orientated with drive and passion to consistently work towards identified KPIs and ROI
  • Affinity with and interest in education
