MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day operational management of the suite of online channels
- Team leadership across multi-site operations
- Development of online trading strategy
- Drive growth and conversion of sales penetration through online channels
- Development of revenue opportunities
- Enhancement of customer experience
- Use of product and process development to build greater confidence in online purchasing
- Evaluation of current product set, identification of gaps, creation of roadmap for future channel development
- Production of trading reports, analysis & other reporting
- Budget management
PERSON PROFILE
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial programmes
- Previous online trading experience at a senior level
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Excellent understanding of product selection and suitability
- Naturally numerate and analytical
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong values fit with the organisation
- A self-assured leader who has extensive experience leading diverse teams and getting the best out of people
- Experience of operating in a multi-channel business arena
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
