Tasks/responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a distributed CMDB
• Support the definition and introduction of new/changed asset and configuration management processes
• Integrate remote data sources (mainly FNT Command) into a central Configuration Management System (CMS)
• Support datacenter, server operations and network teams in adapting data and processes

Qualifications/required skills

• 5+ years of related business experience with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
• Experience in IT Asset Management and Configuration Management tools
• Process design, modelling and documentation
• Sound knowledge of datacenter processes
• Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
• Team player with excellent communication skills at different levels
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German and/or French language skills would be an advantage
