We're looking to hire an Interim Head of Treasury to take responsibility for the implementation of a new Treasury function within this fast-growth Fin-Tech Bank.
We need someone with experience of the implementation of a Treasury function and to have full responsibility for all policies and risk management. An exciting role for someone either from a 'Big Bank' looking to work in Fin-Tech or someone with previous Fin-Tech experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and build the Treasury function and Target Operating Model.
- Implementation of all including ALM processes and treasury risk model.
- Implementation of policies.
- Stress testing the ILAAP and the ICAAP
- Liquidity contingency planning.
- Selection and implementation of Treasury & ALM system
- Development of Regulatory Business Plan.
- Liaise closely with the Board to ensure project land-marks are hit.
- Responsibility for implementation and testing of processes.
- Liaise with the regulator and be responsible for all updates and changes to treasury policy regulation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- ACA Qualified Accountant, ideally from the Big 4.
- Extensive experience in international and corporate treasury, global cash management, banking, FX risk management, hedging, trading, and/or private equity.
- The ideal background would be treasury in an a Banking environment.
- Knowledge of global treasury/banking processes, various global payment methods and regulations, and cash accounts reconciliations.
- A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills: comfortable working with and supporting all levels of staff.
- Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
- Detailed oriented and a quick learner with strong analytical and technical skills; takes full responsibility of tasks assigned and sees them through completion.
