Finance Director

An opportunity for a Finance Director to join a multi-billion turnover services organisation on an interim basis. This is a newly created role reporting into the CFO/COO and you will be accountable for delivering an assessment as to how they can get to 'best in class' finance with the possibility of driving those plans.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• Accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• The ability to challenge stakeholders across an organisation however with a focus on driving collaboration
• Possess the gravitas to operate at the senior level, adding value and being a credible Finance Director but also possess the ability to get into the nitty gritty

A little more information about the roles:

• Ensure oversight of the finance function, managing the business as usual in the day to day finance operations whilst owning relationships with various stakeholders and acting as a Finance Business Partner
• You will manage the lean group function whilst being accountable for producing a diagnostic on the function and if appropriate, taking action to drive accuracy, efficiency and rigour around controls and processes
• Ensure an effective monthly reporting process and conduct the monthly review with the CEO
