We have an exciting opportunity open for our client a world leading bank to support there digital transformation across there retail customer Digital services. Centered around messaging and communications division for retailer banking and wealth customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping Design strategies that enable the divisional framework across all the clients digital offerings, channels to support all customers and specific groups of customers all through messaging. Offering a bespoke and almost personally tailored services and products through messaging. Making the banking digital service as familiar and as personal as they used to be when you walked in to a branch and were greeted by the branch manager, who knew you and your family by first name.(Old School banking feeling, through new age technology). This role is 70% creative thought leadership and will suit candidates with a very customer centric experience, digital consultancy creative and marketing flare and ideally experience with messaging and marketing through similar channels. You will have experience of working and facing off to very senior stake holders and executives, presenting your ideas clearly, getting buy in and driving through your initiatives in large and complex organisations with many stakeholders and moving parts.
Banks communication with customers and prospects is becoming fully Digital. The proliferation of new digital distribution channels (websites, paid media, chat bots, live chat, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.), together with new data science techniques have created a whole new category of data driven insightful communication.
  • This division is about delivering relevant and personal experiences and communications to our prospects and customers about Retail Banking and Wealth Management services.
  • This includes delivering on the 'Reasons to Communicate' framework. The role holder will work with both Global and Regional cross functional leaders to create use cases and trigger appropriate messaging so he bank is where 'Customers live their life'
