Finance Director , £75-85k + 10k bonus, Telecoms/Infrastructure/Civils, West Midlands

A highly experienced and dynamic Finance Director with a good Commercial edge is required to help shape and grow an outstanding and highly ambitious organisation that is making significant waves in its field and is set to really push forward.

The company operates in the Fixed Line and Mobile Telecommunications arena, with particular recent focus on high speed fibre broadband deployment and has just gained significant funding. As such, they will be expanding rapidly, with a number of civils orientated delivery contracts already won and others pending, meaning there will be a requirement to significantly increase the headcount within and thus output of the business.

Key to being able to deliver this will be harnessing the skill and experience of a strong commercially minded Finance Director that can work directly with the C Level and lead the business in identifying and managing all aspects of Financial risk and opportunity analysis, due diligence, forecasting and reporting during the period of high growth. This really is quite a blank canvass for you to add your mark.

This is a stand alone position so you must be capable of delivering the foundations of the role as well as the bigger picture aspects, coupled with the personailty and confidence to manage both up and down. It is expected that you will have previous experience to leverage from a related industry (Telecoms, infrastructure, utilities, civils) as well as know how to operate within the parameters and pressures of a small but growing organisation.
