EMEA Managing Director

Our client is a leading group of Fashion and Sporting Apparel brands across the globe operating through primarily wholesale and retail channels. Due to a strong European agenda, they are looking to recruit an EMEA Managing Director to drive growth throughout the region.

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the CEO and with full P+L responsibility you will be responsible for implementing a strategy to successfully grow both the business and its portfolio of brands across the EMEA region.
• You will develop strong commercial relationships with key wholesale accounts, targeting both new customers and the expansion of current accounts.
• To continue expanding the company’s Direct to Consumer offering, through owned Ecommerce and Retail channels.
• To lead the board and senior management team through change programmes whilst maintaining the focus on core business performance.

The Person

• Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have previously held full P+L and you are a proven commercially astute business leader with a proven track record in the fashion industry.
• You have particularly strong relationships with key fashion wholesaler accounts across the region.
• Pan-European experience from within the industry at a senior director level is a must.
• Experience of wider markets is advantageous.
• The gravitas and ability to represent the business across various channels and multiple locations.
