Interim Head of Procurement

Leading multi-$billion consumer business based in London is looking to hire an Interim Head of Procurement for one of its key divisions. You will be responsible for consolidating a disparate, geographically dispersed team introducing more rigour and global structure to the function.

Key skills / experience required include:

• Proven track record of managing Procurement teams within large, global, blue chip organisations, preferably CPG / FMCG / Retail / Pharma sectors;
• Excellent understanding of the end to end Procurement life-cycle from strategy definition through to implementation;
• Will have built out sourcing organisations creating integrated and consolidated capabilities;
• Excellent man-management and leadership skills, comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, managing both internal relationships as well as third party supplier management;
• Will have worked within multi-$billion businesses previously, managing total spend of at least $400 million;
• CIPS qualified;
