Our client is a £1bn plus B2B customer service business delivering on site 24/7 delivery, maintenance and repair services to a wide range of both public and private sector clients who operate in time critical environments.
An Interim Customer Service Operations Director is required to lead the Customer Service Operations, assuming full responsibility for customer care contact centre, managing response times to tight SLA’s on a nationwide basis, leading the end to send service supply chain, from a field engineer team of circa 500 to parts distribution and procurement.
Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced, commercial environment with a reputation for best in class customer service. Background sectors may include utilities, plant hire, maintenance and repair, consumer electrics with repair and warranty operations, or logistics such as Royal Mail, DHL or Fed EX.
The assignment is expected to last 4-6 months and may have the potential to go Temp to Perm.
