Job Details
Our listed client require an Interim Group Financial Controller for 6 months initially, based in Greater London. You will be responsible for a small team sat within the Group Head Office and required to oversee and consolidate tax, treasury and statutory accounting from multiple divisions across the Group. You will be required to review and assess the current controls and processes, particularly with regards to the reporting, then further implement changes for best practice. You will also be responsible for reviewing the impacts and implications of ongoing financial standards i.e. IFRS16 and implementing changes for compliancy as required. You must have experience within a UK listed organisation and be technically adept, both with regards to treasury and IFRS. Strong stakeholder management skills are paramount to liaise and challenge divisions effectively to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial accounts, whilst also upskilling team capability.
