Job Details

Our client, a housing association in London requires a highly experienced learning and development consultant with a track record in designing and delivering interventions that inform functional and organisation design.

There is a functional area within the business that requires remodeling. Using a range of tool and techniques, this individual will be required to undertake an assessment of the structure, skills, capabilities and resource requirements of the current team.

They will use the strategic and operational goals of the function to inform the intervention, the output will include a training needs analysis, skills matrix and documentation of roles and responsibilities. There will also be a medium to long term plan created to ensure the desired future state achieved and built on.

Where appropriate, they will deliver training and development to the team, particularly around the leadership basics, or otherwise make recommendations.

This is a hands-on role that requires an individual that has the breadth and depth of experience of delivering similar L&D/OD interventions using robust tools and methodologies, they will likely be a business psychologist. What is important is that this individual is still energized by working at a fairly granular level, is able to quickly decipher culture and particularly adept at developing strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
