Head of Operations (UK) - Coworking Provider - ??150k per annum and benefits

We are currently assisting a major coworking provider with their executive search for a new UK Head of operations.

Our client is opening 5 new sites in the next 20 months and are seeking an established operations professional to oversee the day 1 set up and to take these sites from acquisition to operation and beyond.

Ideally you will have coworking experience or operational experience gained from the high-end luxury hospitality industries. As this will be the number one report for all operational aspects across the UK experience from a VP or Head of role is essential to be suitable for the position.

A full and demonstrable knowledge of real estate, finance, recruitment, facilities, project management and procurement gained from an owner operator is also required.

In exchange for your knowledge and expertise our client is offering and annual salary of circa ??150k plus benefits and bonus.
