Head of SEO - Freelance - Major Technology Brand - ??400pd - Surrey

My client is a global technology organisation, who are looking to grow their marketing team here in the UK.

One of the urgent requirements they have is a Head of SEO, where they'd be looking to hire this person for 6-12 months initially on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities:

• To initiate, lead, and deliver the European SEO strategy
• To initiate, lead, and deliver the European SEO plan and roadmap
• Work with 31 countries to educate them on SEO, and help them implement an SEO Change programme

Requirements:

• Must have strong experience in technical SEO, content SEO both onsite and offsite, link acquisition & management, SEO tools and SEO campaign strategy.
• Set clear KPI's benchmarked against the industry in category and out of category. Produce a reporting methodology that addresses the business needs and work with the Analytics teams to deliver these. Update and ring key SEO insights to senior executives
• Significant experience working in high performing SEO teams, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
• Significant experience of platform migration
• A passion for technology
