Job Details
Communicate are currently partnering a private equity-backed B2B services group (c.£150m-£200m t/o) in their search for an Interim CFO. The group has found recent private equity-backing and as such, is going through a group wide finance transformation.
This will be an initial 15 month assignment that will require the Interim CFO to implement a new systems upgrade, improve the controls framework environment and better shorten the current reporting timetables amongst other projects. The position will have a team of c.40 individuals underneath and it is expected that additional resource will need to be recruited in to assist with the transformation.
To be successful, the chosen applicant will need to be ACA/CIMA qualified with a proven background in internationally focussed private equity-backed environments. Turnaround experience will be key, as will a B2B long term contract focussed sector background.
