This organisation is looking for a customer-centric Product Proposition Manager to join their exciting team in Central London.

Description:

  • Identification, approval, development and review of new and enhanced offerings for customers
  • Co-ordinate ongoing reviews of existing offerings with the product teams and make proposals that will enhance commercial performance
  • Develop new value-adding propositions that meet defined market needs as well as refining and taking to completion existing proposition ideas from colleagues
  • Act as the primary link between product (development) and market facing teams, by providing both the Campaign and Sales teams with clear proposition outline documentation enabling them to develop highly effective launch campaigns
  • Own the ongoing updating and communication of the product and proposition pipeline and associated roadmaps, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have a clear view of the status of the top priorities, as well line of sight of ideas under investigation

Profile

Essential:

  • Experience independently developing and implementing comprehensive propositions, including storyboarding complex ideas and thinking into clear visual outputs for non-marketing audiences
  • Ability to collaborate and organise efforts with individuals from different departments
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment and ensuring the delivery of high quality projects and marketing campaigns
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent copywriting and IT skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise your own workload and handle multiple competing deadlines
  • Self-motivated, analytical and creative approach with ability to apply wide thinking to the development of new ideas and solutions for customers
  • Use design thinking (or similar) methodology to develop customer driven solutions from market and customer insight
  • Use learning theory to shape learning solutions and optimise the effectiveness of them
  • Comfortable challenging colleagues appropriately on the most effective marketing mix to achieve the business objectives

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with learning/training propositions
  • Experience within the membership or training/education sectors
  • Product or proposition development professional qualification
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience

Job Offer:

  • £50,000 depending on experience
