Interim Finance Director

Robert Walters are proud to partner with a successful and growing London based Digital Agency in their search for an interim Finance Director.

With a focus on Business Transformation, our client are eager to appoint a new Finance Director to work with the board to further drive business growth and profitability. They will succeed in this through providing expertise in finance and through developing and delivering insights.

The successful Finance Director will bring a wealth of expertise and acumen to this position. This will include a background gained via a top-level management role and from a professional services and business change industry.

Accountabilities within this role include:

• Partner with the company board to drive change through a financial and operational standpoint
• Establish change management governance to be implemented through the financial team
• Hold responsibility for monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
• Manage external relationships with auditors
• Prepare neccessary roadmaps relevant to corporate projects

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Commercial and legal knowledge
• Prior experience within transformation projects
• Ability to quickly build relationships both internally and externally
• Demonstrable expeirence in reading, interpreting and presenting data driven insight
• Industry experience developed through professional services and/or digital
