Interim Head of HR Technology and HR Operations
We are currently partnering with a high profile, FTSE listed business, in their search for an Interim Head of HR Technology and HR Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying our an audit of the HR Operations function, including assessing existing technology, prior to making a number of strategic recommendations. Once these recommendations have been approved by the Exec, you'll then be responsible for implementing required changes.
A strong background from a HR Operations, HR Technology and Programme Management perspective is essential, as is prior experience of having led large change initiatives. SuccessFactors experience would be preferred, however our client would also consider individuals with strong Workday/Oracle Fusion knowledge/experience.
