One of our key clients is seeking an interim Head of Product Management responsible for the overall management of the product and investment offering including end customer and product communication. You will be responsible for a team of up to 9 people with discretionary budget responsibility and you will be expected to lead several high level initiatives. Your main accountabilities will be: Control, record and manage all elements of product management within agreed company governance processes. Lead as business sponsor, new product development in line with agreed internal governance frameworks and company strategy, using Insight to ensure good customer outcomes. Lead as business sponsor, product lifecycle management including product enhancements, change and where applicable product closure using Insight to ensure good customer outcomes. Lead the product strategy and input into change prioritisation from a product management perspective. Work closely with all business areas (particularly Insight, CX, Sales and Operations) and the Management Executive Team to ensure successful delivery, fair investor outcomes and achievement of overall company objectives. Manage third party suppliers related to delivering the product offering to James Hay customers. Own and deliver all investor facing literature, web communications and operational mailings ensuring they are delivered and proactively managed and are relevant, consistent and deliver good investor outcomes. Manage discretionary budget to agreed levels. J ob knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience required: Significant experience in a Product Management role acting at a senior level, demonstrating the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the company including Management Executive and the Board. People management experience. Must have experience in both the platform and SIPP/retirement market across tax wrappers and investment solutions.
