I am recruiting for an Engineering Director who has worked in the Rail Industry.

The role is initially based in London but will then be based on the Oxford/Cambridge corridor.

This role does fall inside IR35 so you would be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You MUST have experience of working within the Rail sector and have an engineering background.

You will support engineering activities on Western and Central Sections with responsibility for all engineering disciplines.

You will be accountable for the development of processes, definition of system requirements and management of associated data related to engineering.

You will also be able to develop and manage policies and standards for all aspects of the railway (track, civils, signalling, electrical, environmental, etc.).

You must have worked in a similar environment previously.
