Our client, a support services outsourcer, is currently looking for an Interim Commercial Contract Lead for a three to six month assignment, due to start asap.
The Interim Commercial Contract Lead will be responsible for a deep dive assessment of current service delivery on this very complex outsourced contract.
You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to protect the clients' position in relation to a range of subjects such as compliance, claims, financial risk and continuation of service provision.
The ideal candidate will:
Have extensive experience in the support services space.
Experience of working on large scale, complex outsourced public services.
A high level of commercial acumen associated with all aspects of a contract from bid, mobilise, operate, demobilise and close.
Experience of both traditional and PFI contracts would be a preference across education, health, critical services and central government, as would having worked as a client and an outsourcer.
