My client is a marketing leading manufacturing business, they are seeking an Interim Integration Manager following an acquisition of a business in Germany.
Working directly with the UK Managing Director and Finance Director the Interim Integration Manager will be responsible for the integration of a German acquisition into the UK business. You will formulate a robust plan for integration, including operations, policy, HR regulations including salary and remuneration. A key part of this role is to ensure that culturally the UK and German businesses are aligned and therefore an essential requirement of this assignment is the ability to speak German fluently and to have spent significant time of working within the country.

- Strong business integration experience
- Be fluent in both English and German
