Our client, a leading multi-site hospitality brand, seeks an Interim Operations Director to join the business for 6 to 12 months to drive considerable transformation across their entire restaurant & kitchen operations.
You will need to demonstrate an impressive career devoted to operational excellence within the restaurant/grab & go/pub space with credentials covering site transformation, recalibration of kitchen operations (to reduce costs and drive efficiencies) and have had exposures to designing simplified frameworks for staff training to be scaled/delivered nationally.
This dovetails into the client's wider plan to redefine the sales levers necessary to drive customer attraction, experience and loyalty. Particular interest will be given to candidates with additional experience in new-concept design and dark kitchen/final mile delivery scenario planning and infrastructure design.
