I am currently looking for a Programme Manager who is a Benefits Realisation SME to join a financial services client of mine based in London.

You will be responsible for developing the overall programme benefits management approach which will include;

  1. The definition, clarification and quantification of benefits, ensuring close alignment to the Business Case and solution blueprint;
  2. Creation and management of a benefits realisation plan to document the release of benefits during the Programme and agree with key business areas;
  3. Leading on the consolidation of all defined programme benefits and outcomes approved as part of the Renewal business case, ensuring all required progress tracking metrics are defined.
  4. Being responsible for establishing and embedding the benefits tracking mechanism and reporting of progress towards targets to appropriate committee meetings;
  5. Building and maintaining the benefits relationship between programme deliverables and outcomes and benefit
