Senior Organisational Change Management Consultant

One of the world's leading Business & Digital Transformation firms are looking for a Senior Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join their European strategic consulting practice.

Our client is offering an exceptional career opportunity to OCM professionals seeking fast paced career progression, exceptional training and development options and exposure to major Business Change programmes for a portfolio of FTSE100 clients.

Suitable candidates will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:

• Must have a strong background in professional Business/Management Consulting
• Must have deep knowledge of Change Management and Organisation Change Management (OCM)
• Ability to consultant and advise clients on Business Change at Director or 'C level'
• Must have proven track record delivering OCM and Business Change projects/programmes
• Sector focus could include: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, Utilities, Manufacturing or Retail
• Experience of major ERP implementations, M&A, Divestitures, Change Management within IT enabled Business Transformation is desirable
• A strong consulting toolkit and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong academic background (BSc/MSc/PhD)

Package: £90,000 - £130,000 Basic + Benefits + Bonus
Base Location: London (with travel as required)
