CFO

A rapidly growing PE Backed B2B Professional Services Organisation has an urgent requirement for a hands on interim to permanent CFO to join the board as a key member and partner to the CEO in order to make a significant contribution to the overall strategic direction of the business. Based in the North West the CFO will have full responsibility for the finance function, and be crucial to leading the business as it continues to grow and develop.

As CFO you will have full responsibility the finance function. As financial number one you review and enhance systems, processes, and controls in order to professionalise the business, ensuring the finance function is fit for purpose. Partnering the CEO you will provide vital strategic, commercial and operational support for the business and be charged with maintaining strong relationships with key investors and banking institutes.

As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered, you will have extensive experience as autonomous CFO in PE backed or leveraged businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to build, lead and inspire their team. You should ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
