Our client is an international digital organisation who seek to recruit a dynamic pricing leader to create, implement and embed a market leading revenue and yield management strategy and framework.

The individual will bring a strong mathematical and analytical approach, understanding the true value of each product sold across the various channels and digital platforms and be able to drive pricing elasticity and push the boundaries of true product market value.

The role will drive the pricing agenda from the group centre and utilise the team of in-country pricing experts to implement locally whilst providing guidance, training and education across both local and regional layers.

Role Focus:

  • With ongoing increase in flexible selling, the business need to use price elasticity techniques in a much more scientific and structural way to ensure they maximize yield of their assets by selling them at the right price, to the right customers, at the right time within the right product mix
  • Use techniques, insights, approaches which help to combine the company's assets, based on their real-time availability, in such a way that they can maximize their combined yields whilst answering customer needs
  • Decide which product mix is appropriate across each channels to drive value and market competitiveness
  • Work collaboratively with Product Directors who are familiar with the basic yield management techniques and require further education and training to embed the new strategy

The individual:

  • Preferred but not essential - a background in Technology, Ecommerce, Airlines, Leisure or Hospitality
  • Successful implementation of pricing strategy/yield management within a business to maximize yield/margin within a multi/omni channel environment
  • Worked in a large corporate and highly matrixed environment with a strong digital focus
  • Proven experience of working closely with Product leaders to drive innovative pricing solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
  • Good international/global experience with strong cultural awareness
  • Ability to travel, as and when required
