Job Details

Leading insurance business based in London is looking to hire an Interim Finance Change Director. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all finance transformation programmes, working in close conjunction with the CFO to achieve strategic goals. You will also act as the face of finance for all change-related matters, including chairing internal steering committees.

Key skills / experience required:

  • Proven track record delivering complex portfolios of finance transformation within large, corporate organisations, with a strong preference for insurance or retail financial services background;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills, prioritising and effectively managing resources to ensure projects are being delivered on time and to budget;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, being able to effectively represent finance across other functions;
  • Proven man-management and leadership skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Change Director to take on a Chief of Staff-style role where you will have oversight and responsibility for delivering the entire finance change agenda.
