An experienced CFO is required for this International private equity backed Software House. You will provide both operational and strategic support to the organization. You will supervise the finance team and will act as the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. You will report directly to the CEO and directly assist the COO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

You will be an experienced CFO with knowledge of multi-country accounting practices. You will have already seen a previous company through all the growth stages of a Private Equity backed organisation. You will have experience of working with banks and financial organisations with knowledge of refinancing and exit options. This company has tremendous backing and is extremely acquisitive so experience of constructing winning deals is also advantageous.

Ideally you will already be operating in the high tech sector, preferably in a software organisation.

DAILY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
*Assist the CEO and COO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
*Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
*Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.
*Monitor banking activities of the company.
*Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the company's needs.
*Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders and pension plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
*Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.
*Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets,

The ideal candidate will have a background in senior finance roles and have a suitable finance qualification such as Acca, Cima or Aca, an MBA would also be a strong advantage.
