This organisation's property function has experienced recent change in leadership and accountability, and requires an individual who has a track record in stabilising and nurturing property functions. They will have demonstrated the ability to drive change across both reactive repairs and planned programmes in medium or large housing associations. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to challenges and will be open-minded and flexible. This role is a potential interim to permanent opportunity for those interested.
