Job Details

Investigo is exclusively partnering at high growth Oil & Gas company based in Surrey to recruit a sole charge Financial Project Manager. This role support the Financial Director in all areas of improving financial systems and processes. You will be the key point of contact for finance, working directly with external systems developers to design and test changes to the financial systems.

Core duties include:

  • Responsible for designing, maintaining and updating all processes and reports
  • Documentation and review of processes and controls within the company's Finance Manual
  • Supporting FP&A Analyst in the corporate forecast model and its integration into existing finance systems
  • Managing systems changes and roll-out to end users of processes within the company, providing functional support where necessary
  • Proactively identifying existing processes and controls that could be streamlined or improved
  • Scoping and managing delivery of new or significantly changed financial systems, including time-writing and expenses reporting
  • Liaising with external statutory auditors and external control reviewers as required in relation to processes and controls

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
  • Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
  • Experience in delivering financial projects and implementing new and improved processes, including financial accounting systems
  • Experience with chart of accounts, financial data and reporting, consolidations
  • Excellent communication skills
