Job Details
Experienced change manager required to work alongside an existing internal change team to up skill them in business engagement and readiness. The organisation are going through change on a much larger scale than ever before and are looking for an experienced change professional to work part time and help them develop an appropriate strategy and plan that will ensure the transformation is successful.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Experience leading change management for significant business transformation programmes
- Strong coaching and leadership skills and ability to up skill existing team members
- Able to work with stakeholders at all levels and understand their needs and challenges
- Ability to work at both strategically and operationally
Additional information:
- Oxford Location
- Initial 6 month contract
- Either day rate circa £550 or FTC circa £85K
