Head of Software Development & Operations
Develop strong working relationships across Digital Platforms, in particular with the Lead Software Architect, Head of Product Management and Sales Lead to deliver on the Digital Platforms strategy
Also will need to play a leading role in communicating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders including strategic customers, suppliers and the executive team, often articulating complex technical matters in way that is appropriate for each audience.
- Extensive experience in managing IT, software development life cycle.
- Enabling a culture of innovation which enables new areas of IP to be developed.
- Creating and maintaining strategy & vision, influencing stakeholders and winning buy in.
- Leadership traits that will inspire and motivate others on a daily basis.
- Able to analyse and keep abreast of technology trends to make sure our propositions remain relevant and competitive.
- Working with on and offshore teams to achieve common goals.
- A passion and interest in education and the education sector.
- Determined and self-motivated and has a presence and gravitas.
- Creative and a resourceful problem solver.
