Finance Director - Creative Agency

Harmonic Finance are pleased to announce that a new Finance Director opportunity has arisen for an Independent Creative Agency, looking for someone who can ideally start work immediately.

As well as an urgent need to re-vamp and implement new internal processes, you will business partner with the CEO to ensure the strategic aims of the agency are being met.

The FD will be primarily responsible for working with the leadership team to analyse and shape the strategic performance, and potentially take the business through a re-structure.

Responsibilities:

• Business Partner with Sales and Marketing to build budgets and analysis
• Full responsibility for the management of the Finance function

• Provide modelling and analysis to support new-business decisions
• Supervise and direct more junior members of the Finance team
• Cost management and negotiations
• Managing the year end process

Bonus Experience:

• You enjoy working in a fast-growing creative SME environment
• Experience managing FP&A, MI, Reporting and Cash Management
• Agency experience

Salary - £80,000 - £100,000
