Senior Finance Business Partner

We are working with a successful and reputable name in the telco and media industry that invests heavily in efficiency, continuous improvement and solution development to achieve growth. Due to recent internal moves and promotions, there now exists a need for an accomplished Senior Finance Business Partner to oversee the financial performance and profitability for a number of business functions, partnering with relevant Business Directors and the Executive Team.

Overall accountability for the position is being responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for the support functions around the UK, partnering across different areas within the business and gaining breadth of experience across various departments. You will be tasked with leading and guiding stakeholders in relation to performance, improvement and achieving long term objectives. The position will also have key involvement in managing finance change and seeking continuous improvement in relation to systems and reporting tools and others areas where required. This is a high-profile and visible position that suits a confident and enthusiastic individual.

To be considered you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have held previous FP&A / commercial finance managerial roles with a broad remit, likely from a large corporate. As well as having strong attention to detail, you will have excellent communication skills to business partner with senior stakeholders and relay complex finance data in a clear manner. Experience in a large, varied business will be advantageous, as will be the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
