On the back of sustained business growth, they are now seeking a OD & Client Development Director to identify, secure, and nurture new business by developing and continually building on new and existing networks. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will contribute strategically towards the growth agenda with accountability for key revenue targets, customer engagement, service delivery and product development across the UK and internationally. Set against customer need, you will offer insight, challenge and personal judgement, based on industry knowledge and best practice to develop solutions that deliver tangible benefits. You are passionate in the belief that high quality, people led business solutions are successfully delivered in line with their business objectives and that commercial needs are met in order to build long lasting relationships and to drive future revenue opportunities.
You will be talented, courageous and commercially minded, with a real passion for Organisational Development and driving new business. You must have a proven track record either as an OD and business growth leader or through working in a client facing consultancy role, with the ability to challenge and disrupt the status quo and create innovative people solutions to radically transform people, cultures and business performance. You will have an enviable business network and enjoy creating new opportunities and putting in place workable strategies in order to win and grow future business. Where appropriate, you will also take the lead on delivering learning, development and coaching interventions personally.
