Chief Product Officer

A leading Omnichannel retail business currently in the middle of a large transformation are seeking to hire a Chief Product Officer in their quest to build out and create a state of the art digital experience for their customers. This highly successful retailer with a global presence are seeking to drive sales through their mobile and web channels and subsequently need a digitally native CPO or Product Director used to leading teams and working under full agile methodology in a fast pace environment to translate the business strategy into a digital product vision and ambition to drive business and meet customer needs.

The Chief Product Officer will lead a team of over 50 across Product Owners, UX, Developers and Technical Managers. You must have prior P&L management experience and used to leading large teams in an ecommerce environment in order to be considered for this role. You will ideally have experience in designing creative, quality digital consumer products as well as enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology. You will nurture top talent, networks and partners identifying opportunities for the business while defining the overall digital product strategy.

Fluency in German is essential.
