This role will come with an expected salary of  £60,000 - £75,000 although it is subject to experience.

Within our specialised Cloud Division we are providing transformation services to enterprise level organisations looking to mobilise their Cloud transformation journeys. As part of our specialised Cloud service offering we're looking for a Project Manager who can lead and manage the deployment of various Cloud Deployment Strategies. Ideal candidates will have some exposure to working on similar projects and be used to working in a fast-paced Agile environment. You should ideally hold the Agile Project Management qualification or be willing to undertake this in your first three months of employment.

You will be working on varied industry leading projects with a number of organisations each with its own challenges so you'll need to be able to adapt seamlessly to different ways of working and quickly build relationships with your team and with stakeholders to create a collaborative approach.

Key Skills:

  • Led a major project or multiple projects of a complex nature across all aspects of IT and the business.
  • Demonstrable expertise in delivering and managing people, process and technology models.
  • Management of stakeholder requirements, expectations, objectives and relationships at Project/Programme Board/Executive Board levels.
  • Delivering results against complex technical, logistical, commercial and cultural challenges.
  • Measurably meeting business requirements across and beyond project life cycle.
  • Experience within technical consultancy and/or service delivery organisations.
  • Experience within financial service environments.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, to align business requirements with technical solutions.
  • PRINCE2 qualified and waterfall and Agile/Lean project experience.

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to Cloud and Dev-Ops change programmes.
  • Consultancy experience within financial services environments.
  • Ability to build, manage and strengthen customer relationships, both internal and external, at Project Board level.
  • Outstanding management of stakeholder expectations, satisfaction and buy-in.
  • Strong commercial acumen, to ensure project delivery meets all stakeholder requirements.
  • Experience of business and IT change and transformation projects and programme.
  • Exposure to Cloud and Dev-Ops change programmes.
