Job Details
Our engineering services client require an Interim Divisional Finance Director for 6 months initially, based in Central London. You will report into the Group CFO and Divisional MD with responsibility for driving a business partnering approach within the division, increasing financial insight and understanding. You will be the key interface with the Engineering teams to understand areas for revenue improvement i.e. re-pricing, cost reduction and reviewing the current asset base to identify plausible changes with regards to resource deployment and capital investment for example, then drive these decisions forward across the Division. As a result, you will also have responsibility for lease contracts, actioning them accordingly to meet the strategic direction of the division. You must have demonstrable experience providing leadership within an asset-driven, cash centric environment across finance and non-finance stakeholders to increase business partnering functionality, whilst increasing financial visibility and awareness.
