Job Details
A private equity-backed B2B software company which operates in a disruptive space needs an interim CFO to assist in the next stage of growth, following a secondary buy-out. The company has seen exceptional growth since being the initial primary buy-out – both organically and through targeted acquisitions.
Working alongside the CEO and the private equity house, initially, you will be required to assist in the US expansion, where there is a strong pipeline of bolt-on acquisitions. Alongside this, you will also be required to develop the vision for and put in place a best-in-class finance function. You will be responsible for building out a team, bringing in a strong Group Financial Controller and developing the commercial finance function.
You will be a qualified accountant, have a strong background in the B2B software space, executed US acquisitions and experience of working within private equity-backed companies.
