This is a senior technical and team leadership role with significant opportunity to contribute to and influence the technical strategy and direction of the company.
Role:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the business
- Managing supervisory staff, planning budgets, reviewing expenses, implementing cost cutting measures and looking for innovate ways to increase profitability
- Must demonstrate clear knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines within the respective industries and ensure compliance with industry requirements
- Frequently supervise all operational sites and provide evaluation for middle management workers
- Establish KPI methodology to help evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities
- Oversee marketing budget. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, maintain and optimize Marketing budget
Candidate:
- Manage team performance, keeping employees motivated and organising training
- Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments
- Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative
- Making sure safety regulations are followed
- Keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong negotiation, organisation, communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- A minimum of 10 years in software development with a minimum of 2 years' experience in software architecture, developing and/or modifying technical architectures and developing strategies related to them
- Preferably to understand and have experience with Smart cards, HSMs, ISO/IEC 7816, Global Platform
