Finance Director | Music Management Agency | London

The Company

Harmonic is delighted to be recruiting for a well-established music management agency based in London. The business is home to a roster of some of the world's biggest names in music. The working environment is very friendly and collaborative, the team are sociable and enjoy hanging out with each other. They are quickly becoming one of the most renowned companies in the entertainment industry.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in both finance and the music industry. The company is 35 people strong and are embarking on a rapid trajectory of growth following the acquisition of more talent. This represents a great opportunity for an experienced FD or a Financial Controller looking to make the step up to Finance Director role. You will be heavily involved in the financial road-mapping for what will be an extremely exciting year ahead!

The Role:

• Producing monthly and year end reports as well as management accounts
• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the Directors and board
• Working with international corporations tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
• Managing the active pipeline for international entities
• Managing the P&L and balance sheet
• Managing a team of 5 direct reports

What we need to see (essential):

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Experience in the creative/entertainment/fast-moving sector
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Experience within Music industry ideal (strongly preferred)
• A passion for music!

Salary: £80-100k (equity options)
