Business Development Director

Our client is an EPC Turnkey Mechanical engineering contractor with a blend of white and blue collar workforce. They have the ability to design, procure, install and commission capital works across Power,
Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors.

The Role:

• Will report directly to the Business Unit Director and will identify all strategic projects, clients, subcontractors and suppliers in order to position the business to win work.
• You will lead the pre-contract team to deliver a compliant bid and set the strategy to win work through either initiative or compliant cost savings.

The Person:

• With a strong engineering background you will be a first class communicator and commercially astute.
• You will be sufficiently mature enough to invite and apply the necessary advice from your peer group when chasing projects.
