Job Details
Our client is an established building contractor with a blue-chip track record of operating across both the public and private sector building programmes. Due to a significant upturn in horizon opportunities they wish to appoint a Head of Business Development.
The Role:
- Reports to the UK Managing Director and will hold full front-end responsibility for projects, pre-contact and will maintain client relations throughout the project build period.
- You will engineer and manage the pipeline of projects and opportunities with a focus on positioning the business for sectors which give the appropriate commercial returns.
The Requirement:
- Will operate across a broad range of sectors with the brief to develop and grow client relationships in both current and emerging markets.
- Commercially astute you will have first class communication skills and enjoy the delivery of successful business through teamwork.
