Whilst capability is more important than qualification, you are probably C.I.B. qualified. More critically, you are an experienced and driven business banker of standing and credibility. You have stakeholder currency and can take the market with you. You know the Bristol scene, its Intermediaries and Advisers, The Chamber/Business West/The LEP, CBI etc., both its ‘power’ brokers and influencers, its establishment and its rising stars. You have current credibility and think/speak ‘owner-proprietorial SME!’ Is this you?

But your numbers don’t add-up! You may have hit a ‘glass ceiling’, been frustrated by a bureaucratic credit committee or by facing a down-sizing threat. Whichever, your personal enterprise is being held back. Currently your metrics equal ‘less than the sum of their parts’, through no fault of your own.
