Head of MI, Head of Reporting, Head of Management Information

Our market leading client requires am experienced Head of MI/Reporting to join at a busy time for this thriving business.

Key skills/responsibilities:

• Responsible for the oversight of the production of Management Information / Reporting, on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or ad-hoc basis to deadlines with no compromise to accuracy or quality. Produced for all areas of the operation including complaints, operational reporting, call centre data and contractual reporting
• Holds Workforce management skills and can effectively monitor and predict future capacity given change to the organisation
• Manage/ Review with relevant stakeholders all work flow changes, work flow administration and general BAU changes
• Project management of adhoc MI projects as required/allocated, provide agile solutions to adhoc projects and issues as they arise throughout operations.
• Management and control of MI team and priorities
• Ensuring risks associated within the MI & Planning area are properly identified, evaluated and managed to ensure that exposures are known and where appropriate controlled and monitored
• Compilation of performance reports across Operations, Finance, People, Regulatory, Compliance, Organisational and Administrative etc.
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure effective and consistent delivery, governance, risk management, and shared culture across the operational locations

Experience of the above in a fast paced, regulated environment such as Financial Services is a MUST have for being successful in applying for this role.
