Contract Head of Security Architecture- Cardiff - to £1,000 per day

InfoSec People is currently recruiting for a Head of Security Architecture for a FTSE 100 organisation on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver of the business architectural transformation programme including the adoption for Cloud first strategy, ensuring that all business units are following unformed approach.
• Support and advise on the Security Improvement Programme to ensure that strategic direction and content is in line with risk assessments and governance
• Work in partnership with the IT Architects to ensure the security strategy supports business and IT requirements
• Additionally, co-ordinate and oversee the company's security awareness and training programme with the already established and successful culture team

Skills and experience needed:

• Worked in an influential / senior management role within technical strategy, ideally as a Senior Security Architect or Head of Security Architecture
• You will have a wealth of experience with security architecture including SABSA / TOGAF methodologies.
• Great understand of governance and implementation
• In depth knowledge of cloud security Architect and development across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical teams and the business (CIO, CISO, etc.)
• CISM, CISSP, CRISC certification would be advantageous but not essential - more important is demonstrable experience
• Degree in a technical or security discipline also advantageous
