Job Details
Our client, a leading Financial Services business who are working on a major transformation programme are looking for Interim HR Change Consultants to work alongside their Employee Relations, Policy and Change function. The purpose of the role is to liaise with and advise senior business stakeholders on the people impacts of change programmes.
Key experience must include:
- Experience in the Financial Services
- Strong ER experience including TUPE
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex change including restructures, relocations and headcount reductions
